If you are questioning, “Can I get a payment protection plan refund?” the answer you were looking for depends on whether or not you have been mis-sold payment protection insurance or had PPI misrepresented in any way whatsoever. If you will were temporarily employed, self-employed, or were not employed at least 16 hours a week then you were not eligible to take the policy and if the lender sold it to you anyway it was blatantly mis-sold. As well, if you were over the age of 65 or had any pre-existing medical conditions you would not be eligible for cover and the policy would have been mis-sold. For any number of reasons if the lender misrepresented what the policy could do, forced you into taking it as a condition for getting the loan or simply attached it to your loan unbeknownst to you, then you qualify to file a claim for a payment protection plan refund.
