Is Dubai really the place to be?

Dubai was once just a measly bit of desert land in the U.A.E. but the major turning point in Dubai’s most recent history was in 1966 and the discovery of oil. After the first shipment of oil in 1969, Dubai has now secured its future as an autonomous state and with that its ability to dictate policy in later years to the U.A.E. was cemented.

Dubai is now a major world power and of course as we all know it is a hot bed for tourists from all around the world, to go and visit all year round as the temperature rarely drops below 20°C which means it is a holiday destination 365 days of the year. Dubai is a hot spot for Brits and already has a vast amount of expats there, but really can you blame them as there are copious amounts of wonderful different activities in which families of all ages can partake in.

Dubai is now an internationally renowned hot-spot for celebrities as well as your average Joe. There are plenty of other tourist attractions in the country such as the Burj Al Arab and the Dubai Autodrome. At the Dubai Autodrome you can take a ride in a Formula 1 style single seater round a part of the Autodrome spanning over 1.12 kilometers.

All in all Dubai is a very big tourist attraction and is well worth the visit if you ever get the opportunity as it is an ever expanding country sure to be throwing a few more wonders our way in the years to come.

EB4 Visa

Investors who want to emigrate and be eligible for the green card have a new option which is the EB5 visa. Many may not be aware or may already know what the EB5 Visa is exactly.
